Patio

The client desired a simple form residence that cannot be perceived from the outside, though the interior space is wide open. The wish can be said the entire concept of the residence. We proposed three layered Patio dug to the basement floor inside of the closed outer wall.

Moreover, by floating volume of the second floor, a wind enters from the hollizontal crevice underneath this volume while maintaining hight privacy. The theme of this house"Close while opening" was realized as a new example of urban residence.
